Raymond mill is a common stone powder grinding machines, and it can be used in more than 200 kinds of stone materials 50-450 mesh powder making, such as: calcium carbonate, calcite, dolomite and so on. Bracket is one of the main parts of Raymond mill, and it is an important component to support the internal structure of the whole main engine. Dawn Heavy Industries produces plum blossom rack with mature technology. It is made of high hardness and good wear resistance materials, such as hard nickel cast iron, high chromium cast iron, high manganese steel, medium manganese ductile iron, etc. In addition to material, the manufacturing and treatment methods of the plum blossom rack of Raymond mill are also very important. For example, the roll sleeve of hard nickel iron is cast by metal mould or centrifugal casting with hardness up to 700HB, and only 500HB by sand casting. The place where the grinding rollers are connected is the plum blossom rack. Under the plum rack is the shovel barrel. The shovel barrel is fixed on the plum rack. There is a large recoil bearing under the main machine of the mill, so the main shaft of the mill will not fall down. The plum rack is fixed on the top of the main shaft with safety nuts.

Grinding ring is a kind of accessory which directly contacts with material. Raymond Grinding Ring produced by Dawn Heavy Industry generally has two kinds of materials:

(1) 65Mn (65Mn): After using this material, the durability of the grinding ring has been improved obviously. Its characteristics are high hardness, good wear resistance and magnetism. Mainly used in powder processing areas where products need iron removal. After normalizing and tempering heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the product are greatly improved, which makes the product not only have good wear resistance, but also greatly improve its toughness.

(2) Mn13 (13 manganese): Compared with 65Mn, the durability of the grinding ring has also improved after casting with Mn13 material. The castings were treated with water toughening after pouring. After water toughening, the castings have high tensile strength, toughness, plasticity and non-magnetism. Make the grinding ring more durable. When the surface is subjected to severe impact and strong pressure deformation in the course of use, work hardening occurs on the surface and martensite is formed, thus forming a high wear-resistant surface layer, while the inner layer maintains excellent toughness and can withstand a large impact load even if it is worn very thin.

Another vulnerable part in the main machine of Raymond mill is the grinding roll. Generally, Raymond mill will change the grinding stick after a period of time. This should be determined according to the customer's raw materials, frequency of use and whether the operation is or not. Taking limestone as an example, if the quality of roller is not solid under the same operating conditions, excessive wear and service life will be greatly reduced. Therefore, the quality of roller material is also an important factor to determine the equipment quality of Raymond mill.
