The Raymond Mill Producing Powder is Too Thick or Too Fine
Cause:
1) The speed of the classifier does not match the graded particle size required for the material;
2) The air volume of the blower is not appropriate.
3) The classifier blade is worn (too thick).
Solution:
1) Adjust the speed of the classifier;
2) If the powder is too thick, when the speed of the classifier is not reached, the blower valve of the small blower can be properly closed; if the powder is too fine, the speed of the classifier can be reduced or the classifier can be removed to increase the speed of the blower. .
3) Blade wear will result in coarse powder and new blades will need to be replaced.
Raymond Mill’s Host Temperature Rises, and the Fan Current Drops.
Cause:
1) Feeding speed is too fast;
2) The air duct is blocked by the powder and the duct is not exhausted.
Solution:
1) reduce the amount of feed,
2) Remove the accumulated powder at the air passage or open the large air duct valve, and control the temperature of the inlet to below 6 degrees.
Raymond Mill Fuel Tank and Transmission Heating
Causes:
1)The viscosity of the oil is too thick;
2) The direction of the analysis machine is not correct.
Solution:
1)Check if the viscosity of the oil meets the requirements;
2)Adjust the running direction of the analyzer.
