How to Deal With the Common Faults of Raymond Mill2016-12-29

It is widely used in processing materials include quartz, feldspar, barite, calcite carbonate, limestone, talc, ceramic, iron ore, carborundum, bauxite, rock phosphate, coal and other materials, about 400 kinds of materials in total. The granularity of the finished powder size can be adjusted between 50 and 425 mesh. When we are using the Raymond mill it will appear some minor problems sometimes, and then how to solve these problems in our production process? Clirik will share some methods with you.
Question 1: The bearing damage of Raymond mill
Reason: Lack of oil, or seal damage. The lack of maintenance and cleaning in a long time.
Remedy: According to the provisions time to refuel. Clean the machine regularly, replace the oil seal.
Question 2: There is no powder or less powder in Raymond mill
Reason: The lock powder device is not adjusted well, sealing lax. Or, the wear of blade, can not afford the materials.
Remedy: Check and adjust the lock powder device. And replace the blade in time.
Question 3: There will appear the phenomenon of current rise in Raymond mill host
Reason: Feed too much, the air duct is plugged by the powder, pipe is poor exhaust, circulating air make the main current too large, so the whole set machine temperature is rising.
Remedy: Reduce the amount of feed, remove the duct powder. Open the duct valve, and control the machine material temperature at 6 ℃ or less.
Question 4: The host of Raymond mill have a large noise and vibration
Reason: The feed volume is small. And there is a serious wear and tear in blade, so that the blade cannot afford the materials. Or there is a high hardness material in the grinding mill, but there is no material layer. Or there is a serious deformation in the grinding roller and grinding ring.
Remedy: Adjust the feeding volume, replace a new blade. Change the size of feed particle. Replace the roller, grinding ring in time.
